Introduction to Irish Bread Baking

Learn how to bake traditional Irish soda bread and scones, over the course of the class Gina will demonstrate to you how to make each bake, help you create your own beautiful bakes. While you wait for bread to bake, Gina will put the kettle on and you will all sit down and enjoy a cup of tea and share the traditions and origins of Irish soda bread. All ingredients and recipe pack included.

Maximum students 6. A minimum of 4 students is required for the class to go ahead. Class fully refundable if cancelled 7 days before date, classes cancelled after that will only receive fifty percent refund as ingredients will already be purchased.

Beginners Bread Baking

Get started on your bread journey by mastering the basics in bread making, we will make a simple white yeasted loaf, soda bread and delicious scones. While you wait for bread to bake, Gina will put the kettle on and you will all sit down and enjoy a cup of tea and mindful conversation.All ingredients and recipe pack included
